Collection: Return and Exchanges

To maintain reasonable initial pricing on our products we unfortunately cannot offer free shipping for exchanges or returns.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. B-Stock items are not eligible for return.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning or exchanging your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You can choose to purchase shipping labels from your carrier of choice. If you choose to purchase shipping labels from your own carrier you must include a prepaid return label for exchanges so we can send the requested items back to you.

Or you can select to purchase a Return Shipping label (one-way shipping back to us), or an Exchange Shipping label (round-trip shipping back to us and then back to you) at a discounted rate from us. Please see below for purchasing shipping labels at a discounted rate from us. 

If you chose to purchase the discounted return or exchange label from us we will email you the return label within 24h to the email address on file. 

To return your items for exchange or refund:

1. Purchase Return Shipping or Exchange Shipping label below (Unless you want to include your own prepaid return label)
2. Please fill out the Return and Exchange form
3. Return your items including a printout of the Return and Exchange form to:

Once received, your exchange/return will be processed within 24h to 48h. 
Please note that returns without the Return and Exchange form can take longer to be processed, or we may not be able to process them at all.

For exchanges:
Please indicate which pants, what size, and what color you are requesting to exchange for on the Return and Exchange form.
To help you determine the best fit, please review our sizing guide before completing the exchange form.

For refunds:
Write “Refund Only” only on the exchange form if you wish to return your items for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment; please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, clean, and in the same condition that you received it. B-Stock items are not eligible for return.
