Unfortunately, with jeans and other pants vanity sizing has become the norm and the size displayed on pants is not what we truly are in circumference. For example, my hip measures 33 inches, but all my jeans are labeled as 30 or 31 waist size. If in doubt order one size up for waist as suggested in the sizing table, you want the fit around your waist to be loose.
TAC Suit sizing
Our TAC Suit sizing is true to measurement, meaning a size 34-36 waist measures 36 inches in circumference with the elastic waist band stretched to its limit. If your hip measures 34 inches in circumference do not order anything in the 34-sizing category. Order in the 36-sizing category for a comfortable fit, or order in the 38-sizing category for a loose fit.
If your chest measures 44 inches in circumference, but your hip measures 34 order something in the 46-sizing category. Length adjustments are available within each sizing category.
EXAMPLE: I am 6.1 @ 178lbs, have a 32 inseam, measuring 34 inches in circumference on my hip, and 42 inches in circumference on my chest. I wear a 38 M, which is a nice loose fit all around. The 36 M fits me, but it is a snug fit that wouldn't allow me full range of motion in a comfortable way.

What are your hours of operation - When do you process orders?
Our hours of operation are Monday 8:00AM PST through Friday 3:00pm PST. We're not processing orders or emails Sat, Sun & all major US holidays.
Orders are processed between 12pm and 2pm PST Monday through Friday.
Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
Do you have women's pants?
Our pants are unisex. An estimated 34% of our customers are women and have cited positive reviews.
EMT women pants have a lower rise. We have designed our EMT pants rise at 11 inches to strike a balance that delivers equal comfort to our female and male customers.
Are the pants running small, true, or large?
Our pants are true to measurement, meaning a size 34x32 measures 34 inches in circumference at the waist, and 32 inches in inseam length.
Beware: Brands - including but not limited to 5.11, Carhartt, Dickies, Propper, and Galls - are not true to measurement and use their own sizing conversion table. Although their inseam length are true to measurement, their waist sizing are anywhere between 2 to 5 inches less in circumference. If you wear a size 36x30 5.11, do not assume our waist size 36 will fit you.

I ordered the EMT-TAC-XEMT-Tac-X pants, and as a woman in EMS let me tell you I did HOURS of research on pants because I just couldn't find anything I liked. I really really wanted something with a lot of pockets ('cause I like to carry as much on my person as I can). Women's pants of the other brands had LESS POCKETS, were short, and they looked too tight to bend or squat in. I was full on angry...until I found your company. And while you only have "men's" sizes, your lovely customer service filled me in on the rise height (it's 10-11 inches for all the other lady's out there) so I could measure correctly and get the right size ordered. I'm telling you right now I am going to be a forever customer!! I LOVE HOW THESE FIT! AND STRETCH! Thank you for having a wonderful product, I can wait to see how they stand up to the field!

I've researched EMT pants for women for hours on end until I stumbled across these. I chatted with Andy from customer support who grabbed a pair to answer some of my measuring questions. For women especially the rise is imporant and Andy was super helpful. 5 star product and 5 star customer service.
I love those pants, they are a different pant and there is nothing that compares to it. More pockets than one could ever need, but they have been thought out very well and are meant for those of us who like to have their stuff at hand and organized. I can carry all my gear and don't need my duty belt anymore.

Used these for my EMT clinical in the ER. Worked as expected and great quality for the price! For me they seemed to run maybe a size smaller than what I normally wear, sold my first pair and bought another pair a size bigger
