Thank you for visiting and shopping at KALTgear.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy:
Shipment processing time
Orders placed from Monday 00:00AM through Friday 01:00PM PST are processed and shipped within 24h to 48 of the order placed and shipped the next available business day.
Orders placed from Friday 01:00PM PST through Sunday or on Holidays 00:00AM are processed and shipped within 24h to 48 of the next following business day.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free ground shipping on all orders in the continental U.S. (excluding U.S. protectorates). We also offer USPS priority shipping, and where applicable UPS priority shipping. 2 business day shipping does not include processing time of 24h to 48h.
International shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States and does not include processing time of 24h to 48h.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and KALTgear is not liable for any delays caused by the carrier.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your
tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
KALTgear Inc is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages or lost shipments:
KALTgear is not liable for any products damaged or lost/stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged or your shipment is lost/stolen, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
